3.6.8 Forum inchiodato completamente

Mi si è inchiodato completamente il forum, mi dice che ci sono problemi di database e sinceramente non so cosa andare a toccare.

è successo tutto dopo un problema ai server di aruba, mi è apparso questo:

Entra nel PHPMyADMIN e ripara/ottimizza le tabelle
