Problema aggiornamento 4.1.6 a 4.1.7

Il messaggio lascia interndere quello, ho pensato potesse essere un problema derivante da una skin installata sulla 4.1.6, ma riesumando un backup della stessa versione senza skin mi da lo stesso problema, l'aggiornamento lo eseguo sempre allo stesso modo...
- Disabilito i pugin e prodotti
- sovrascrivo tutti i file
- cancello la cartella install
- lancio http://localhost:8888/install/upgrade.php
- modifico il config.php
ma al punto 3 quando lancio l'upgrade ho quel messaggio...

Non va cancellata la cartella install prima dell'upgrade, ma dopo!

In effeti ho fatto un pò di confusione nell'esporre il procedimento.
Intendevo dire che elimino la cartella install prima di sovrascrivere i file
... tra l'altro sbagliando... avrei dovuto eliminare solo il file install.php 
Ok adesso funziona!Upgrading from vBulletin 4.x.x
Close your board via the Admin Control Panel.
Upload all files from the 'upload/' folder in the zip, with the exception of 'install/install.php'.
Open your browser and point the URL to http://www.example.com/forum/install/upgrade.php (where www.example.com/forums/ is the URL of your vBulletin). You should now be automatically forwarded to the appropriate upgrade script and step.
If any errors occur, copy the error and please contact support. DO NOT continue with the upgrade. Doing so may cause irreversible damage to the database.
Follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure you click next step or proceed until you are redirected to your Admin Control Panel. Here, you can reopen your board.
