Discussione: Areaserver/tiscali mi ha disabilitato il sito

Ciao a tutti,

sono inca****** nero con Tiscali/Areaserver.
Con loro ho stipulato un contratto per un virtual server da 5GB. Da 2 giorni il sito è stato disabilitato dicendo che causa malfunzionamenti.

Vi giro la mail che mi hanno spedito sperando di ricievere consigli sul da farsi.

la informiamo che abbiamo provveduto alla disabilitazione dei servizi in
oggetto in quanto stavano causando inconvenienti di carico sulla
macchina in cui risiede il suo Server Virtuale. La causa verificabile
dai log dovrebbe essere questa:

/var/lib/mysql/vs8072.areaserver.it.err

mysqld got signal 11;
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help
diagnose
the problem, but since we have already crashed, something is definitely
wrong
and this may fail.

altrimenti per motivi di sicurezza e amministrazione saremo costretti a
lasciare sospeso il Server Web Apache e il Mysql.
