Non puoi trasferire una licenza che non sia attiva, è stabilito dall'Accordo di Licenza:

• Jelsoft may, at its discretion, allow you to transfer your Software license to another party, providing the license:
  
  • has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
  • was purchased more than 3 months in the past.
  • is an active owned license

Se vuoi venderle, devi prima rinnovarle; per i prezzi, quest'articolo ne dà un'idea:

An owned license with anything between 6 to 12 months left, shouldn't cost you more than $100 to $140, and if there are less than 6 months left, it shouldn't cost you more than $100.
