Integrare.htaccess di Joomla e vBulletin 4.2.0
Buonasera,
Ieri sera, dopo aver configurato per benino il forum, ho attivato la riscrittura delle URL di vB.
Ovviamente le conseguenze sono state disastrose
Il forum di vB è stato installato in una sottodirectory "/forum" mentre nella directory principale c'è Joomla che anchesso utilizza il sistema di riscrittura delle url.
Ho copiato le variabili per il rewrite del forum nel file .htaccess di Joomla ed hoo levato il commento al RewriteBase di vB e gli ho indicato la sottocartella, ma da adesso in poi qualunque url del sito e del forum punta a: "www.miosito.it/forum/activity.php"interessante no?

Lascia il file .htaccess di joomla nella home e metti quello del forum in /forum/
Penso che risolvi tutti i conflitti reali e presuntiGiovanni

Ok così funziona, ma non sovraccarico il server con il doppio .htaccess?

no, il .htaccess più piccolo da entrambe le parti aumenta la performance
