Penso di sì. Questi giorni ho fatto altre prove e essenzialmente si potrebbe fare un servizio che si aggancia a una discussione. Il fatto che parli molte lingue nonostante sia ufficialmente solo inglese, è di grande aiuto.

Ho attivato una discussione a scopo dimostrativo ... ora è un servizio, quindi mancano alcune cose come la notifica via email ecc, ma già funziona bene.

Sarebbe possibile implementarlo anche su vb5?

Come servizio, sì, come plugin forse solo tramite un modulo che carica una pagina separata. Oppure come chat. Io cerco prima di comprendere cosa ci vuole e se funziona a lungo termine.
